Enjoy a day at the St Maarten Zoo. The zoo on St Maarten offers an extensive parrot collection along with numerous other exhibits. Children enjoy the petting zoo and climbing features while learning about the varied species of mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. The tour of the zoo takes about one and one half hours and is located close to Phillipsburg. The zoo offers an opportunity to learn and appreciate the animal kingdom while vacationing on sun soaked St Martin. We recommend visiting the zoo in the early morning or late afternoon.
